    They were very sweet and patient. They picked up my boxes from my apartment to help with my move and didn’t charge extra for storage and packing tape.

    This is my favorite UPS store. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Often I can just pop in and take care of mailing a package or a return in less than a minute. I have never had any problems with my packages here, and I completely trust them with my shipments. It is a fantastic local business that I highly recommend.

    Rude and inconsiderate customer service. I am not coming to your store to get lectured in a rude way. Please remember that many customers are used to Amazon-style returns, so a little patience and professionalism would go a long way.
