  Easy to navigate. With the help of Nina at store 6822. She was more than helpful, super nice and just overall great customer service. Explained everything I needed to do, to get my gifts out. Service was on 6/10/26, thank you again!

  I went into this UPS location this morning to ship a package in a sturdy retail product box that was fully wrapped and protected for shipment. The employee working this morning, a woman with black hair, refused to ship it simply because it was not a UPS-branded box. I have shipped non-UPS boxes before without issue, so this made no sense to me. Clearly this woman was not in a good mood this morning and seemed to be taking it out on customers. The package was secure, properly boxed, and ready to go, yet she flat out refused to process the shipment. I simply walked out because I didn’t have time to deal with the nonsense. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service experience.
