Horrible customer service as soon as I arrived a young Mexican guy ( didn’t catch his name ) was super unpleasant and had a whole attitude towards me asking just to toast the meat on my sandwich since I forgot to include it in their new Self ordering monitors . Then on the way out I had my kids apple sauce he gonna yell across the store asking if I already had paid for them ? I looked at him and said yes I already paid for these they didn’t open it like who steals apple sauce ??? Really ?? They need to do a Full training on customer service !

The staff were very informative about ordering through the app vs the kiosk. I appreciated being asked if I wanted my sandwiches to be toasted.

The new kiosks are neat! Won't be for everyone but, I can see how they can help speed things up in a rush. Nonetheless the friendly employees will help you figure it out and make sure you get what you want!

Blanca & sherry are killing it!! Best with service and they are very careful when making their subs! Never have i seen workers so happy to work. Very clean as well

Ordered a 12inch rotisserie chicken, bacon and ranch earlier tonight and I'm pretty sure the chicken was a mix between chicken salad and canned ground chicken if it even was chicken, because it was hidden under loads of lettuce tomatoes and onions, and if the entire thing weighed more than an ounce I'd be shocked. Horrible experience!
