This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Subway location. I usually enjoy Subway, but this visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I placed an online order for two footlongs using a gift card through the app. The order was ready quickly, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, there was no acknowledgment from the employees at the front counter. Two staff members were engaged in a personal conversation and did not assist me or the growing line of customers until another employee came from the back to help.
When I stated I was picking up an online order, she had to interrupt the other employees to retrieve it while also trying to manage multiple waiting customers.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food was unacceptable. Both sandwiches were soggy, incorrect, and not made as ordered. There was no cheese on either sandwich despite it being requested, very little onion despite ordering extra, and they were not toasted even though that was selected. Both sandwiches were also overly drenched in mayonnaise, making them difficult to eat.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience in both service and food quality. I hope management addresses the lack of attention to orders and customer service at this location, as it does not reflect the standard expected from Subway.
