  Great experience every time I come to the hospital for appointments, this subway never fails or lets me down! Staff is always there and so very kind and friendly.

  Love this subway! Everyone is so friendly and quick, despite how busy the place can get. I like to try the new menu items and the person making my order always helps me out with what sauces to use. Excited to go back and try something new

  Kiosk showed fountain drinks were "out of stock" but the machines were working for other people. When we tried to ask for help or information from the folks working they ignored us and blew off our questions even though someone else was able to order. I'm sure there was a reason but several employees were standing around watching just one make the sandwiches.

  You will wait for 30-40 minutes just for them to lose the order. All the while the workers are despondent and rude. Stay away if you value your time.
