Rude employee who doesn’t get the order right and doesn’t apologize for her mix up either. What is the use of going through the kiosk when the employees cannot comprehend it. Ruined the lunch experience.

The new ordering system at the front door is very convenient you order what you're paying cash or buy card and you just pick it up when it's ready your name shows up 😁

Don’t waste your time here. There is a Jimmy John’s directly across the street. Every time I go to this Subway they tell me I have to order through the kiosk. The kiosk is missing items (breakfast, etc). I tell them this every time and they just don’t listen. Today was COMPLETELY EMPTY. I was the only person in there. I walk up to the counter and she tells me to order through the kiosk. I tell her their breakfast is not on there. It’s the same lady who tells me this every single time. This place is worthless and most days it’s full of homeless people. If you want people to order through the kiosk it might behoove you to include everything you sell ON THE KIOSK. Is this not common sense?

This place discriminates against people who have disabilities. Making people who have disabilities pay using the machines, but doesn't make people who don't have disabilities pay that way. When they are very capable of paying that way they just refuse to accept payment at register.
