Well .... I have to be in to work by 6a .... I get fired if I don't show up .... Yet that doesn't seem to be the case for Subway workers. Here at 0620 and the doors are locked.

Do not go to this location! This happened twice first time I got raw chicken. The second time I had to buy 2 sandwiches so they can get the order right. $22.47 for one subway. That I could eat. They didn’t even have my drink. The machines were both empty on dr. Pepper and the other drink. I had to go to McDonald to get the drink. It’s all on camera. How insane to get a meal. Almost $25.00 on base. Do not recommend this location.

I just want to make clear that this low review isn’t anything against subway. I actually like their food, but this review is one of the forms I can make sure Subway will read it and I want to make a point. I was told at meal time by the subway employee that the only way to order my food is through monitor. After what she said I left. It may represent only my opinion, however, I will rather go to a different restaurant to order my food. So, if subway cares about my business, please allow me to order my meal with a real person instead of a maxine.
This place is always busy, because it's the only Subway feeding the Wet Side of 32nd St, so I normally do mobile orders, shouldn't be difficult right? I mean, everything is printed on a receipt for the sandwich artist to assemble, yet they manage to screw it up on multiple occasions. Wrong sandwich was made on 2 separate occasions and if the run out of Avocado, they won't tell you. Even though they don't have it, you're still carged for it and they don't tell you. Have to check my sandwich every time, because they can't be trusted. I agree with all the other reviews, they provide substandard service to our military and support civilians, probably be closed due to poor service if it wasn't the only Subway on wet side of base.
