No one was inside. I yelled “hello” for 5 minutes before grabbing my online order that was behind the counter. This isn’t the first time. Portion sizes were what you’d expect for an online order vs in person. Skimpy.

I haven’t been to a subway in years. I shopped by and was greeted with smiles. Loved the customer service and recommendations the associates gave me. Will definitely come back when I’m working in the area.

I guess they have a shortage of meat because the food I accidentally ordered from there (never making that mistake again) was missing quite a bit. It was like my sandwich was on a diet. I'm never coming here again and the Carmel Mt. one is my forever go to. They actually know what they are doing and have the ingredients.

This place messed up my order 3 times. I asked for pickles, they put cucumbers. I asked for a 6 inch/half they gave me a footlong, made me pay full price, and said I couldn't change it. I said a tiny bit of ranch and they sprayed the whole thing with it. The experience was horrible

Now I know why there’s so many one star reviews. This subway owner doesn’t know how to stock product. Literally out of everything the day after the Super Bowl. I guess he was surprised that he was gonna be busy on Super Bowl Sunday?
