  I shop a lot on line but for some reason I have thought to return items to the nearest store . The male store representative was not pleasing on the phone when I asked for the exact location , he was actially mean but I just ignored and I went . The moment I stepped in to the store , he probably knew it was me , no hi! No greetings ! He just said I’ll help you over here . During the process of the return he was already disrespectful like what’s wrong ? Was he feeling upset that i was just there for return ? Do you have an idea how much I shop online ? I do not deserve his rude treatment just because I’m returning . This prestige store should have hired people with an excellent customer service . He was not good at all . June 9,2019 MK store mall

  Very bad service and experience in this store. The sales had bad attitude for online order returned. Even store manager was putting me off when I complained.

  I really enjoy some of the products at Michael Kors La Jolla location. Good service and Easy in and out.
