Theft is absolutely an issue at this location. I had two packages gutted and returned to me by the ship center. Lost hundreds of dollars worth of product. Claims department will do anything to defend the thieves working for FedEx even when the recipient had proof of the empty boxes delivered to them that were retuned to me as "damaged". If you're looking to get robbed, this is the location for you.

Ticket already filed, but I want to bring important attention to this matter. There was an important delay due to my package that was sent to this location from a different office due to the presence of dry ice. An important error was that the package was clearly labeled and was ordered with dry ice. The facility could have diverted the package and notified me from the beginning. I was not informed via 1. The application tracking number, 2. A phone call, 3. Text message. With experienced staff, there needs to be a system to notify customers when a package is moved. Tracking numbers must be updated so people know where there important packages are. Due to these multiple errors, this reveals negligence and deficient protocols. Re: manager Anthony Corrao.
Staff members notified me that my phone number was incorrect. I verified that my phone number was listed correctly on the order and physically written on the fedex box. Additionally, staff members did not have any record on their system of a phone call placed to me.
Please work to help customers who are shipping important packages.
