  1 star. I visited this FedEx Office around 1:00 PM today with a package after realizing the shipping label sent by the seller was missing. Before I could even explain the situation or ask for help, the employee immediately started yelling that she wasn’t going to print the label. I never even asked her to print it. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. If this is how customers are treated, management needs to address it immediately. I left without shipping my package. Avoid this location if you expect to be treated with basic respect.
