  Had to hand write out all my shipping information and they wrote it down completely wrong. Packaged was delivered to wrong address and when I went to file a complaint I got passed through almost 10 people who all told me different things. At the end they told me the only way I could get this fixed was to go into the office and speak to someone directly... I live in MA. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and I will never use them again.

  Do NOT use unless you want to be charged a handling fee per pound in addition to the shipping charge. My small box was 10 dollars WITH a prepaid label. About 1.5 lbs

  Have tired calling this place 4 days in a row no one will pick up the phone or even call me back. Very disappointed. Especially when i am in Ohio and my husband is down there in the navy and I am trying to get something to him

  Lady in the place was inconsiderate and a bit rude. We were in line for a long time, yet she still let another guy cut in line to buy tape, while she flirted and joked with him for 5 minutes. Lousy.
