Dropped off a computer monitor, and they printed the label I emailed them (free of charge). Helpful staff, the only issue was that emails allegedly take 4-5 minutes to reach them. So if you can print the label beforehand, that'd help speed things up.

Computers were down to ship. She told us to call and she’d let us know if they’re back up. Nobody answered the phone when you call back.

Ticket already filed, but I want to bring attention to this matter. There was an important delay due to my package that was sent to this location, the package was transferred to another facility due to the presence of dry ice. An important error was that the package was clearly labeled and was ordered with dry ice. The facility could have diverted the package and notified me from the beginning. I was not informed via 1. The application tracking, 2. A phone call, 3. Text message. With experienced staff, there needs to be a system to notify customers when a package is moved. Tracking numbers must be updated so people know where there important packages are. Due to these multiple errors, this reveals negligence and deficient protocols.

Fedex has the worst customer service ever. Just trying to call to get a human on the phone is next to impossible. Getting them to actually care about customer service and the customer who actually paid for shipping is not going to happen. Why any business or company uses them for shipping is beyond me. Any company that uses them for shipping I am never ordering anything from ever again.

I had a very odd experience here at opening 8am. The worker greeted me, I said good morning back (although not loud enough apparently). The worker proceeded to ignore me and help a customer who came in afterwords. I was standing at the counter for about 3 minutes thinking the worker was finishing another task, but later learned they were ignoring me because they thought I did not greet them back (this is what they said to my face!) I replied with I’m so sorry, I speak quietly in the morning, my bad! Really uncomfortable interaction. Won’t be back!
