  Now requires a physical ID just to ship anything. So after driving literally an hour to get there, the guy refuses to ship my package. Won't accept a photo "unless it's in your Apple wallet". Sorry dude that doesn't exist yet. It's not a thing. Forced to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes calling the 800 number because dude didn't even suggest that I could print a label online and not have to use an ID. Not like he works at FedEx and should've told me that or anything. 800 number rep doesn't pick up the phone despite 17 prompts. Label online, the button doesn't work to print the label. You make my life miserable. You get a 1 star review. Have a nice day.

  My team traveled to San Diego from across the country for a conference. Unfortunately, our existing print materials were delayed in transit. I reached out to this store the Friday before the conference to see if there was any chance we could print our retractable banners and a technical poster, here. Jose and Richard, were instrumental in helping address my team's question, and made it happen. Their fast turnaround and attention to detail transformed a stressful situation into a confident success.

  Was forced to come here when the PB location was closed. Pleasantly surprised. Jasmine is very professional :-)
