Went here 12:50ish pm on a Friday to return a product. I got greeted and welcome in by a lady, assisted me right away and Process was done in a minute. Thanks to that lady and keep it up.
I can't remember her name, but the Asian lady with the glasses and tattoos is so cheerful and helpful every time I've been in.
I had an excellent experience with Fang who went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to explain the different shipping rates and options available, which helped me choose the best service for my needs. She also introduced me to FedEx shipping boxes I wasn't aware of, making the process much easier. What stood out most was their genuine friendliness—she took the time to talk with me about my hometown and made the interaction feel personal rather than rushed. Her knowledge, professionalism, and warm customer service made for a great experience. FedEx is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee on their team. Thanks Fang!!! :)
the worst service, the ridiculous manager with the lowest possible understanding and emotional intelligence
I had to send an important urgent fax right away, and luckily there was a FedEx location right outside my apartment that was closing in 30 minutes. I quickly gathered everything and headed over.
There was only one employee working at the time, and I later found out her name was Fong. Even though she was juggling multiple customers by herself, she remained calm, professional, patient, and kind the entire time. She first helped a customer shipping a large package, answered my quick question about faxing, then assisted another waiting customer before coming back to help guide me through using the fax machine.
While I was sending my fax, another customer came in with a bad attitude and was clearly trying to frustrate her, but Fong handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism. She never lost her composure, even while managing several customers and preparing to close for the night.
I eventually spoke up and mentioned to the customer that she was helping multiple people on her own just minutes before closing. After that, the situation calmed down a bit. Once my fax was complete and the store had quieted down, I made sure to tell Fong how much I appreciated her patience and the way she handled everything.
Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Fong truly deserves recognition for the kindness, professionalism, and grace she showed under pressure. FedEx is lucky to have her.
