  Went into FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Mira Mesa yesterday and had a great experience. The staff was very nice, helpful, and patient throughout the process. They made everything easy and were willing to answer questions and assist where needed. Appreciate the good customer service.

  Not sure why the waiting on this place or not very high, I had a really wonderful experience last week printing brochures for my mother’s funeral. The staff was very supportive and kind and allowed me to make a few last-minute changes. They even finished printing before the assigned pick up time. I would definitely be back here to print.

  I had to ship an important package today, and Tim was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, which really gave me peace of mind. Exceptional customer service! If you visit this location, look for Tim—he's the best.
