I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx Ship Center (next to LA Fitness Mira Mesa) recently. All the nearby post offices were closed early on Saturday, so I rushed here just before closing to send a birthday gift to my daughter in Michigan. The counter employee, Ms. Motu, greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. She quickly found the perfect FedEx box for my ribbon-decorated gift box and added bubble wrap for extra protection. When I needed to double-check the zip code, she kindly reopened the box she had just taped up to help me verify it. Despite the extra trouble right before closing time, she remained patient, kind, and professional throughout. This was true above-and-beyond service—the best customer care I have received anywhere in a very long time. Thank you so much, Motu, for making my day!

Tim helped me ship my golf clubs through ShipSticks today. Although he'd never personally helped someone through this process, he made it quick and simple with professional and friendly service. I left with confidence knowing my clubs are taken care of. Thanks Tim!
