  I came here twice to return my packages and the staffs were always very kind n helpful! Today (9/16) I visited around 5:30pm, and the male staff came to help me after I printed out the return label (even though I didn’t ask him). Thank you so much!

  Every visit to this FedEx location seems to be a hit or miss. Some employees are friendly, helpful, and make the process quick and easy, while others are unfortunately the complete opposite. At times, it feels like simply walking through the door and asking for assistance is an inconvenience to them. Customer service really depends on who is working that day. A little more consistency in attitude and service would make a big difference.

  I don't understand the bad reviews. The few times I've been here the service was great. Today, Rene, the Fedex employee who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful, kind, courteous and fast!

  I've been coming here consistently (atleast 3 days a week) and they are great! Always helpful staff, no long lines and make packing things up so easy.

  This place always does a great job printing. Had a unique idea for my son’s birthday and Malik was extraordinarily helpful (and fast). Will continue to get creative prints done here
