  HANDLING FEES!!! The very nice employee informed me because this location is part of a hotel, it would cost $10 just to drop off a package. If I had known prior I wouldn't have bothered going to this location .

  I had a last-minute print job that didn’t fit standard specifications, and after visiting or calling six other printers, everyone refused the job outright. When I went to Kinko’s, Ali was upfront that she couldn’t guarantee they could print off-size paper—but instead of saying no, she said she would try. That willingness alone set this experience apart. Ali went above and beyond and successfully printed the entire project, which I urgently needed for a corporate conference the very next day while I was traveling. She literally saved the day (and my presentation). Incredible customer service, problem-solving mindset, and follow-through. Huge thanks to Ali and the Kinko’s team—I won’t go anywhere else for complex print jobs.

  Went in at 8am today on Sunday morning and there was a sweet girl who helped me print like 30 photos even though it took forever and was so patient with me and everybody who was stressed out. Give her a raise! She’s representing FedEx very well!
