  Got an amazon drop off to the hotel and they automatically send it to the Fedex office. Fedex then charged me “handling” fees according to the weight of the package! This was not told to me by the hotel receptionist when I asked before making the order and I have never heard of such a fee! They charged me $10 for a 1.8 LB package!

  They charged $20 to handle a 10lbs package. I've never come across this type of fee before.

  Julia and the team at the FedEx team inside the Marriott in San Diego are amazing to work with. Be advised if you do have a package delivered say from Amazon there is a small delivery fee. Make sure you double check the fees at Fri t desk w Marriott. I am extremely happy with the service and products at this FedEx location

  I was at the Marriott for a conference, and the logistics company somehow lost all of our shipments. I decided to try to make some new banners to at least salvage some of our investment, and Julia was both easy to work with and incredibly helpful. Normally I wouldn't have been able to get a new banner until after the conference had ended, but she was able to work with me to find a solution quickly. They may not be able to perform miracles, but Julia was great at communicating what was possible and offering ideas to solve my problem.
