  I have been with this office for over 30 years. I trust them unconditionally. They always consider my best interests and know what’s best for me, especially when I don’t. They listen patiently to my rantings and ravings. They are patient & kind, knowledgeable and efficient. And they get things done! I am forever grateful for them. I have tried to be more like them in my own business. I wish every business operated as well and as this one!

  I received an email on Friday, 26 Feb 21 from Allstate regarding the shelter in place payback refund. I immediate called Allstate and spoke with John Bringas letting him know that the credit card number that the refund was applied was no longer active. John said the refund was sent through to my bank and we will do some research on the tracking number for that transaction. On Tuesday, 2 Mar 21 I received an email from John with the reference number that is proof that the credit card company received the refund amount. I called my credit card company and was informed that they did received the refund and it would take a few days for the refund to be process on my new credit card. I really do appreciate the time and effort John did in researching the reference number. He provided great customer service to me.
