  Fantastic service! I needed to send important documents from U.S. to Canada. I have never used DHL before, but after a frustrating attempt with another carrier, I called the local DHL (as suggested to me by Gemini) and Brent answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I came into the DHL office a couple of hours later and Brent was so helpful! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, this was the very best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time!!

  DO NOT use DHL if ever you have any other choice!!!! I have an emergency international document. I was told it would arrive in 2 days. However, it spent 4 days from San Diego to Cincinnati, which is completely the other direction! During 4 days, only one message pops up from Cincinnati. Nobody answer my 10+ phone call. The local store doesn't care! Completely piss me off! NEVER EVER DHL!!!!! ------ Some update: I sent the tracking number and my phone. The document is stuck in Ohio for another whole day. Nothing happened!!! Can't get a hold of anybody. Any people any help any time would be appcreciated.

  The agent was friendly, helpful. Signs about shipping rates are clearly posted, different size boxes are on display to help you determine which box to ship with.

  Brent Husted, the DHL representative at Rancho Carmel, went above and beyond to help me. I arrived a few minutes before closing, and Brent still went out of his way to create a label, even when the postal code wasn’t available. Brent helped me find the nearest delivery location, choose the best packaging for the most economical price and package it well. He is knowledgeable, amiable, thoughtful and professional. Thank you for staying late and facilitating this important package shopping. You are the Best!
