  Brent from the DHL Office at Rancho Carmel Dr in San Diego was extremely helpful today in helping me mail documents to the UK passport office in UK. He had great customer service, and I know, because I used to ne involved myself in the years I was working. Kudos to Brent, an employee to be proud of.

  Patrick was amazing. Helped me with a complicated package to China including Chinese characters. Very helpful and positive. Also adapted quickly to changes I needed to make. This is the DHL office in Mission Gorge.

  Suuuper helpful! & customer service is top tier. Cesar Cervantes-Diaz was the agent that helped us ship things to Mexico for our wedding. DHL rates are great and Cesar was nothing short of amazing!

  I have been trying to change the address of my shipping order. I have sent them my purchase order which includes ALL the information related to my purchase. That’s still isn’t enough to “verify my identity” to change my shipping address. I have to handle this over email and each time I have to wait 1 day between responses. There have been over 16 emails back and forth just to verify my identity. Each asking for a small “new” piece of information to verify (all of the information is in the purchase order that I sent to them). Highly recommend using anyone else.
