  I switched over to this office cause my previous Allstate agent was never availablel and requird an appointment. When ever I did manage to get a hold if the office they didn't know the answer to my questions. With this new team, my experiences have been more than pleased. Any time I call, they pick up and they are able to assist me. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, and they are on top of the mission of Allstate.

  The people are very helpful and have extensive knowledge about insurance. However, the customer’s internet platform is terrible. Ultimately, I have to call one of the agents to get even basic information. Like most insurance policies, they are unreadable and the prices go up by a large percentage every year without the agent discussing options with the customer. If you’re on autopay, you are stuck. I hate to give Egan such a low rating because he’s probably better than most. It’s the general lack of transparency in this industry’s business model that is frustrating. If this is not intentional, it would be an easy fix.

  We are happy with our brokers from Allstate and how helpful they are with helping us find whatever we need to insure our homes, cars, and others. They were able to find a company that will insure our home posing “high fire risks”, when AAA refuse to. Kathy K. Has been so delightful to talk to and made the process so easy and she really tries hard to give us all the discounts we are qualified for. We never had a broker before and it is nice they can do all the quote for us. Also, she was able to provide better coverage and explains certain insurance needs and coverages that made the process a little easier. We are happy we changed our policies with all our cars to Allstate. They also have an app that you can look at from phone with all your policies. Even an app for good driver discounts.
