  The costumer service is the best at this location, I needed a new Lina and to transfer my phone number from AT&T to cricket. Both young ladies (Jazmin and Andrea) help me transfer and activate my line with all accessories included. If I ever need another line I will definitely com back to this location;)

  I came to this Cricket store and I was extremely satisfied with the service Andrea offered. She was very helpful and made sure everything was working before I left. I would have given up trying to add service to my daughters ipad but she was able to get it going :) I am so grateful! She had a positive attitude and made not just me but 4 other people that walked in with different questions feel seen and valued! Thank You Queen!

  Stayed late to help me replace my stolen phone number. Cricket has some very serious security issues. But this store is awesome. I really needed a working phone for work the next day, and they stay open pretty late just to help me get a new line setup with a working sim on my phone. Elena was very knowledgable and able to help me out. Earlier in the day the young lady who was there at opening was also very helping and understanding.
