  I'm so frustrated! Customoler service is no help at all,I've been on the phone waiting to speak someone about activating my new chip! TO NO AVAIL! THEY KEEP HANGING UP .IM IN THE HOSPITAL AND CAN NOT GO TO THE STORE EITHER! AARRTRGGGHH?

  The young lady that assisted me with paying my phone bill, was willing to assist me as soon as I entered the authorized dealership. She was accommodating, courteous, and very professional. She got me in and out in no time at all. Thank you Cricket her customer service skills are on point.
