On May 13th I needed to replace my cell phone because I lost it on a trip. I explained the situation to Jesus and he helped ensure my phone was so it couldn't be used. Jesus also gave me a few options on a replacement and was quite knowledgable of the functioins. He mentioned he was pretty new at this store, but you would think he was there a long time. I appreciate his professionalism and pleasantness!

Horrible experience. If I was able to put a zero star review, i would. The employee who assisted my family and I, Jesús H, can’t attend or assist, he would be better off in another job that doesn’t involve tech.
Jocelyn helped me a lot. She is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Her & Alexa worked together very well helping customers. I've never been in a cricket store but they were welcoming & I walked out with a new phone, great service & extras since it is the holidays, I love more bang for my bucks! Thanks ladies! I'll be back! 🤗

I was charged for items I did not receive and was not given a receipt. I requested an online receipt by phone and saw extra items charges to over 200dlls!!! I called and was told to come to the store and found it closed! I am seeking to expose this and get a full refund but no answer on the phone or at the site I have been here for over an hour now and it is closed after I spoke to the person before I came back
