I sold an iPhone to someone and went with her to get a SIM card and get the phone on Cricket Wireless service.
We were greeted by a woman with puffed out lips who immediately started telling the phone buyer that she bought a horrible phone and she can’t check anything in the phone because the battery was dead (battery was charged to 98%)
She lied and said the phone was too old and won’t work on cricket and that she needed at least an iPhone 11 to be on Cricket at all. I have an iPhone 7 on Cricket right now so she was just lying.
I refunded the buyer because of the lies this salesperson told.
When I got home I checked the IMEI for the phone and it showed on the official Cricket Wireless website as completely compatible.
I’ve attached screenshots from the website that show that this puff- lipped salesperson lied to try to sell a new iPhone to someone that just wanted a basic inexpensive phone.

My name is Raymond Hedley and wanted to give a good word for the polite and quick service of the Mgr ALMA who is so helpful and knowledgeable on correction and troubleshooting problems on my phones. She a great Mgr and a valuable employee and great asset to the Cricket team and company.

I've been a cricket customer for almost 20 years and I've never left a bad review for anyone from all the reviews that I've done in the past until now. I recently went through the worst experience ever at this cricket wireless store compared to all the other cricket wireless stores that I've been to in the past. The young man working there recently tried to fix a troubleshooting issue on my wife's phone and had me and my wife waiting for almost an hour and could not fix the problem and told us that we needed a technician to fix the problem just to get us out of the store. This was on a Sunday, so Monday I called the 611(customer service)number and they helped us fix the issue and told us he should have never told us we needed a technician because a technician was never needed. He never even suggested for us to call the 611(customer service) number. I recently went in to try and explain this to him and the female manager working there came out from the back and started yelling at me and was being very rude and didn't really understand what the issue was all about. When the young man told me what I wanted to do to resolve this issue I told him that they should be a little more apologetic about the time we spent there and the way he told us to go find a technician just to get us out of the store, he just looked at the female manager and very rudely laughed. They both insisted that they would never be apologetic and the customer service that I received from them that day was by far the worst that I've ever received from all of the cricket wireless stores that I've been to in all the almost 20 years that I've been with this cellphone company. I'm not sure what their names are, but I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know about this unprofessional and rude experience that I went through on that day at this store as well. If we decide to stay with cricket wireless, we definitely will not be going to this store in the future for making payments or for any other issues regarding our cellphones because of the unprofessional and rude conduct that we recently went through at this store.
