  I’m so impressed with the service at store 4465. Logan and James went out of their way to help me out on what was a very difficult day for me. They were kind and generous with their time in resolving my issue. I am grateful that I have access to such a great store! Thanks 4465!

  Very poor customer service. I understand packages occasionally get lost in the mail, but I do not understand how the UPS store manager thinks it is ok to blame the customer?? I was just accused of writing the wrong address on my package which I mailed to the home I was raised in my whole life. I know my own address. I was disrespected and treated very badly for a package being lost by UPS. I will NEVER do business again at this store and will not recommend that anyone else use this store. It will be well worth it to travel out of you way to ANY of the other shipping companies where the customer is treated with respect and receives an apology when a package is lost.
