Chenoa is extremely knowledgeable and professional! I came in to get some documents notarized and we flew through the process! The last time I went to an ups for something to be notarized, it was nothing shy of a nightmare. I found my new UPS score to do business with thank you so much guys.

Just moved to the area have been having a lot of things to return back to Amazon and I take my returns here. Every time my husband or me have came a lady with light red hair, freckles, and she’s a little tall has the nastiest attitude, eye rolling, basically like she hates her job so much. I took a return today and saw her again and after the return and interaction I’ve had with her customer service I realized I’m not going to be going back to that UPS. Not sure her name but I really hope all is well with her personally.

Went to this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Worked with Nika and she was amazing! Helped us with some tricky returns and was very professional. I will be using this store from now on!
