  We enjoy going to this subway! The employee is the most friendly and pleasant. We have only been going to this location on Pico since the one nearest our house on Los Mares closed. We are so blessed to find this subway and the beautiful lady that helps us. She greets us warmly and chats with us like family! Amazing employee! You have a real treasure in her!

  Management left a brand new employee by herself in the store alone. She made my food wrong and over charged me after i told her twice that wasn't what I wanted. It wasn't her fault that Management doesn't care about the employees or customers enough to do the right thing. Management needs to take a look at what they are doing.

  Great experience! The new manager is doing an amazing job everything was clean, organized, and the service was fast and friendly. You can really tell there’s been a positive change. My order was made perfectly and the staff was super attentive. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had here!
