I showed up at 9 o’clock when they first opened up. The young gentleman behind the counter said that he could reproduce my photograph. I took it out of the frame and handed him to get it reproduced. Then he advises me he can’t do it until the next day. I advised him I needed it by the end of the day for I’m leaving first thing in the morning. He basically said,” well can’t help you”. It would’ve taken him 15 minutes to do it, but he refused to help me. Very unaccommodating and very disappointing.

Unfortunately, my experience at this FedEx location was very disappointing. A staff member named Arti was extremely grumpy and unwelcoming. There was no basic customer service, no greeting, no smile, no effort to help, just a rude attitude throughout the interaction.
Definitely not the level of professionalism or courtesy customers should expect.
would not recommend this location.

I came in yesterday to return a package and I wish I would’ve got the gentleman’s name who helped me. He was efficient and in such a contagiously good mood. I’m sure he knows who he is. Thank you! 😃
I have been to this to mail FexEx mail in the past but did not know how unhelpful some that work there are as this last visit. The difference between my previous visits to the last one was that the previous ones was on corporate business whereas this last visit was for personal business. So, I walked in around 3:30PM when the place was virtually empty, but the guy in attendance told me go use the self-service kiosk to create a label as I did not have a "corporate account". I was unfamiliar with their service variations and costs, but the guy was not going to assist me even though he was evidently not busy. What I picked as a purported multiday delayed service for a 0.2LB mail, it cost me $46.90. I was a bit disappointed by the high price for a mail that was not even overnight. When I went to mail it though, there was another attendant who I asked why the cost was so high. She told me that was because I picked the "wrong option" but she could not do anything as I paid the cost at the kiosk! Wow, what terrible service.
I have been to this a place quite infrequently, but now I will be sure to not visit this is again. FedEx service done horribly!
