  I went there to get an egg patty and asked to add veggies to it, but the lady started being rude to me; she had absolutely no idea how to interact with customers and spoke in a very rude tone. I even told her to just charge me for the veggies! She couldn't speak English either, yet her attitude was through the roof. I was a regular customer here. And now, I wouldn't want to come here at all, and I would tell everyone the same thing: don't come here. They neither know how to speak to people nor how to provide customer service. And I think she was an Indian lady. But I’m not being racist here; I’m just mentioning it to identify her. Thank you!

  Very poor customer service. It was around 11:35 PM, and you can review the security cameras from that time period. I wanted to order a sandwich and was explaining exactly how I wanted it prepared, but the employee was wearing headphones and was not listening to me. He made it incorrectly, and when I politely told him that was not what I wanted, he became upset and started yelling at me. At that point, I told him I did not want anything anymore. He then threw the sandwich into the trash in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I will never return if this person is working there.

  This place is terrible. I ordered a Chipotle Philly sandwich and there was literally no meat just a bunch of bread take a look at the picture of my sandwich compared to the one on their website and tell me you're not getting cheated.
