Shout out to the lady who helped me today at this location! I need to move to a new plan ASAP. I haven't have the need to deal with wireless plans for about 15 years so I'm a bit lost. This lady helped me transfer to the plan I wanted in like 5 minutes. She's patient, friendly, and most importantly understand my needs.
