Horrible experience at this location.
I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 7:00 PM. When I arrived, I informed the associate at the counter that I was there to pick up my order. I was ignored, and after helping the next customer, I had to get back in line and tell her again. At that point, I was told my order was “being bagged up.” However, another 15 minutes passed before they even started making my wings.
While waiting, I observed multiple food safety concerns. One employee preparing food repeatedly wiped her hands on her clothing before continuing to handle customers’ food. I also watched several employees move back and forth between the cash register and food preparation without washing their hands. This was extremely unhygienic and made me uncomfortable eating the food.
To make matters worse, when my order was finally ready, the soda machine was out of drinks. I requested a refund, but the employees told me they could not process one without a manager. A woman who appeared to be a manager came in from outside with her family and began looking for the district manager, who they said was responsible for refilling the soda machine. No one seemed to know where the manager was, and no employee was able to process a refund.
The restaurant was disorganized, unprofessional, and visibly unclean. The staff showed little urgency throughout the entire process, and the customer service was poor from start to finish. After waiting approximately 30–35 minutes, I was left with no practical choice but to take the food since no one could issue a refund.
Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. The wings were dry, and the sides were already cold by the time I received my order.
Overall, this was one of the worst Wingstop experiences I’ve had. Between the excessive wait, poor customer service, lack of food safety practices, inability to issue a refund, and disappointing food quality, I cannot recommend this location.
