  Came in and got amazing service from the cashier (Homero). The manager as well was so nice and kind and had amazing service in general. The cook was fast and friendly. Thank you for the amazing service from Homero, Jeremiah, and the manager.

  The experience was quick and seamless. I was able to order my food and get it quickly which was nice. I met a guy named Homero (hope that’s correct) that attended me with complete kindness and was super helpful with helping me use the wingstop app to look at today’s promotions. This place was overall great and would definitely come back to get more wings.

  I ordered online August 15th, 2026 @ approx 7:45pm. I walk in and tell the young lady (black girl) my name, she hands me my food and cups for a drink...all good. I check my food bc the last 3 times I ordered there was an item missing or incorrect. This time NONE of the dipping sauces I paid for were in the bag. I tell her, she says "Did you check the bottom." ...I literally took everything out and put it on the table to check my food before even telling her they weren't in there. I tell her "I checked, its 3 ranch and 1 blue cheese missing." She brings me 2 ranch and 1 blue cheese. I tell her again, "It's 3 ranch and 1 blue cheese." Then she rudely says to me "No its 2 ranch and 1 blue cheese." I literally repeat myself again. She comes behind the counter and says "Let me check the bag because you aren't understanding me." She reads the receipt on the bag and she says "3 ranch. 1 blue cheese." I said, "Correct." She gets me the 3rd ranch and gives it to me with an attitude. This place is always understaffed and at least one of the workers are always rude. Do better!

  Every time my girlfriend and I get wingstop it’s always a great experience. The food is always fresh and obviously made with care, the lobby is always clean, and the customer service is impeccable. Homero has great customer service, is very kind and always gets me right ! 10/10 would recommend
