  I want to give a shout out to Wesley at the San Bernardino E St location. Wesley is amazing and they are my absolute favorite customer service person there !!!!

  I came to return equipment as directed by At&t. I had the email with everything needed to do the return, including the last 4 digits of the account #. The clerk then requested the entire account #, which I did not have on hand. To complete the return, I had to return to my vehicle, figure out a phone number to call and get the acct #. I don't know if this is an oversight on At&t's side or if FedEx just decided to ask for additional info. Either way, it is an annoying inconvenience that is not appreciated. Otherwise, I guess this location is ok. My experience is only with doing this return.

  Been bringing a lot of business here as the main facility to send out packages for my company, usually dont have a problem. Maybe the lady(if you will) that helped was overwhelmed with the amount of items I had to send out. Gave me everything I needed, or so I thought to do it myself (first time they didn’t box it for me?) then they ridiculed me about how I boxed it up. Ridiculous. Using ups from now on.
