  It wasn't bad, until they refused to give me a piece of tape to seal a box—they said I had to buy it! That certainly doesn't make the Amazon return process any easier. They’re probably right, but they need to keep in mind that you don't know if they’re going to inspect the contents of the box.

  We had a great experience at The UPS Store. We came in specifically to have a document notarized, and the employee who assisted us was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Since we already had our shipping label ready to go, he was able to take the papers right then and there to send it out, saving us an extra step. The store itself was clean, and well-organized, which made for a smooth visit. Additionally, the location had plenty of parking available, making it easy to get in and out quickly. Overall, it was a quick, and efficient visit.
