  Went to the restaurant to get some sandwiches for my family and the worker did not get any of the orders right, barely added any ingredients, and were extremely rude. This was supposed to be a tuna sandwich with onions, cucumbers, banana peppers, and lettuce. Not too many ingredients but still looks more barren than the life in the workers eyes. One singular piece onion and hints of peppers like common now 😭 Save your money and go somewhere else

  My mother ordered a sandwich at this location.. she ordered the daily special. When my mother realized it was the chicken teriyaki she asked employee to remove the sweet chicken and just leave the veggies. Employee said she could not do that. Why couldn't she do it?!!! My mother is diabetic and she requested sweet chicken to be removed for a reason...This is unacceptable and poor customer service. This employee has no common sense or customer service respect. Customer service should always be a priority!!!!! PERIOD!!! Employees need to always remember they have a job because of us clients. It is unacceptable to mistreat an elderly or any client period. Employees need to patiently explain the situation before giving the client no choice but to pay for their meal because it was prepared already. My mother paid for the meal and left the place with out her meal. Customers should never be forced to purchase a meal they can not eat.

  Google says they are open until 8pm. I walked up at 7:30pm today, (Tuesday March 30, 2021 for the people who should be looking at the schedule for this store so you can properly find and reprimand the associate to whom I was dealing with) and the lady behind the counter told me they were only serving drinks and that the food part was closed. She even had all the food put away already. The open sign was still lit. I asked her what time do they close and she told me that they close at 8pm, BUT she had to have 30 minutes to clean up. At that point I had to just walk away. I went to another location and they were kind enough to listen to my complaint and inform me that they are not supposed to be closing everything down like that and it only takes 15 minutes to put everything away. I sincerely hope that this is properly investigated and that the appropriate action(s) are taken. I worked in retail for 12 years and we never got to close anything down that early... sometimes not even for power outages!

  THEY USE HATEL MEATS , I USE TO GO TRERE ALOT BUT I DON'T ANYMORE AND I WILL NOT RETURN!!!
