  Becareful buying from this particular cricket store. I’ve always buy from cricket I went through progressive leasing and I left happy with my phone and when I was walking out the cashier said “oh this is free” I said “free!” She said “yea when u spend so much here u get a free speaker “ I said “ok ?!” I went home to check out my new phone and by surprise I didn’t see my receipt. I called and said I didn’t get a receipt The manager said the girl who helped you is the only one who can print it out I said ok I’ll go in tomorrow she said ok I go in the next day and saw the girl there and said I needed a receipt of my purchase She said the printer isn’t working I said ok can u email it to me She said u should have got one in the email I said no I didn’t I checked and checked Than she says the only one who can fix the printer is the store manager I said ok when does he come in? she said oh he comes in whenever he wants. I drove home already dialing my cricket customer service I told them what had happened he suggested I return all items cause the speaker was not for free and I had a few items added on my progessive leasing loan. (I drove Back)and spoke to the same people Once I mentioned I had an invoice number from customer service they really paid attention to my return . I didn’t return my phone but they did take off one item of $250 and another item of $300 When I called progressive leasing to let them know of my return the lady asked why I returned so many items? I said I went in for just one purchase I felt like I got scammed Imagine? How many people who leave out this store without a receipt who do get scammed ??????

  I went in to terminate my services due to my phone no longer being operational. They were unable to help me close my account because I couldn't receive a PIN that was sent to the phone that doesn't work!
