  Never there worker is always in the back he doesn’t know anything about the products or what they sell plus on top of that he will add stuff to your bill without your consent and when it’s then women working she always has her daughter there which I’m not sure that’s allowed

  Good service, just very slow system, so the staff member was taking long (not his fault). What I odio didn't like was that he was the only one working, even though there were 3 more employees in the back laughing it up and chit-chatting. I it by until I made a comment about him not having help that he went to the back to ask one of the employees to help him since there were two other people waiting more than 25 minutes while he was helping me. The manager even came out asking him for a report, he said he wanted to finish helping me first, which she responded that she needed that ASAP, then walks back into the back room and continue her chit-chat. The guy helping me, very kind, respectful, and professional... the manager, not so much... Not very courteous, unprofessional, and rude.
