  2 night stay pre booked online, arrived after 11pm. The room wasnt even that clean, but it was late with kids so we made due(online no refunds) 1 white blanket had stains on it, ice bucket didn't even looked washed, stains on the carpet in the room, lots of stains on the hallway carpet. Since it was located right next to the freeway, It is loud and you can hear noises in the room from outside. They sent a nice text asking if we needed anything during the stay. I replied. Extra blankets and pillows. A blanket was given by pm staff, but said to request the pillows in the am. The next day one of the workers entered my room without knocking or announcing themselves. I was startled out of asleep when I heard the door open. A lady apologized and closed the door again. Later in the day I sent my son up to ask for the extra pillows, he has cp and if my back was hurting from the mattress, I know his was. A tall slender rude guy was up there and told my son they didn't have any extra pillows, would he like extra blankets. My son replied back no we got an extra blanket yesterday. The front desk worker really said, you should not have even asked then. Dude needs a new job, out of customer service learning basic decency to speak to a kid(13) with a disability like that. Already bad enough they couldnt get it right the first time. I honestly feel like they give other best westerns a bad name, so I will be reaching out to corporate as well since it is privately owned (stay at your own risk)

  Horrible experience that traumatized my kids and wife. Unfortunately, we are BW rewards members. The receptionist (Evon) rejected our request for a less than an hour late checkout, which is normally and regularly granted at any of the hotels we stayed at for the last 25 years whever we needed it. Then she threatened me to call the police infront of my family only for asking her to provide her name on a paper. As a result, my family rushed out and left behind an expensive shoe at the room. She indicated her manager's name is Larry, but when we called, Peter picked up and said he's the manager alongside Larry. Peter could not resolve any of the reported issues, intead he brought up other unrelated points to avoid discussing the outrageous and disrespectful behavior of the receptionist (Evon). We called back to speak to Larry, he on the other hand said he's just a receptionist, not a manager and I should call the customer care for BW to file a complain. They have rejected to refund or at least mail the shoes back. We will be consulting our legal team to take action, and we'll never do business nor provide any positive feedback in the future.

  I Rent the room it’s so old never bin updated old tv nothing for kids to watch. I ask them any kids channel he say he pay over $2000 for cable you are not happy. Do I care how much he pay just put new smart tv with internet. And when I use the toilet it’s didn’t flush. I told them something wrong with toilet Manager hand me the plunger to fix it . When I told them it’s not my job to fix it. Then she call someone and he say you threw to much paper in toilet. There was something wrong with the water flow . And on my bed the bed sheets have the hole in it . Don’t say I am completely to much but there free breakfast was good that’s the only thing was good

  I had a FANTASTIC experience during my last 3 night stay. We stayed in the suite and the balcony was amazing! Staff was so friendly, helpful and attentive. Entire hotel (rooms, pool, outside, breakfast area) was spotless and clean. I would absolutely stay here again! Perfect location and a perfect stay!
