  Ppl, Shop the insurance, Allstate the worst and some others are so much higher. on $$ Seriously, shop it, and get a honest broker,I did and saved $ on our house fire and auto. Let me start by, LMAO Zachary. Thank you so much for cancelling my truck insurance claiming it's used for commercial as Allstate claimed because I have a ladder rack for my 12ft aluminum boat pulling my camping trailer. Not commercial buddy, lots of ppl have a rack for boats. Nice try, but not cool, you're caught. You wanted to, or tried to charge me more $ for a ladder rack? I was born at night, but not last night. Zacky, Found better coverage, much cheaper and as upset as I was, Thanks for being the most expensive broker ever. And that's how you make your money isn't it, the higher the payments the higher the insurance the more $ you make. Not in this wagon train anymore. You're fired.

  Hello. Allstate really is a great insurance company. Customer service was excellent. Also keeping me up to date with what was happening was a bonus. Their app worked during the whole process. Thank you Allstate

  I've been with AllState for the last 25 years. Never had a problem. Any time I need to call on their services, there's no nit picking. Of course it would be great if everthing was cheaper but we're talking about Insurance here - no free lunch. One thing I will say though, in every accident where it was my word against another, it always ends up being 100% my fault. I don't know how this stuff works, but it seems they're not the best at arguing their customer's case.
