  Just got off a 12 hour shift in the ICU and decided to bring some food home for my brother and I. Ordered 2 5-piece tender meals, habenero was fine but hot honey rub wasnt lmfao. I somehow received TWO tenders. Not four. Not even three, TWO tenders... 💀 They really looked at my order, forgot 60% of the main item I paid for, closed the box, and sent that shit out like everything was good. How do you miss 3 out of 5 tenders?? At that point you didn’t forget part of my order, you forgot the whole ORDER atp. I paid for five. I expect five. It’s genuinely impressive that somebody could look inside a box with two lonely tenders and think, “Yep, send it.” Absolutely ridiculous. Check your food before you leave because apparently counting to five is part of the customer’s job now. 😭 then they leave me on hold for 20 minutes??? THIS PLACE IS 2.6/5 star FOR A REASON lmfaooo get a grip.

  Wingstop is one of my favorite places to eat at but don’t go to this one. They clearly don’t have any sense of customer service. I placed an order for pick up and arrived on time for my food. The worker told me it will be 3 mins so I waited. One by one they passed out orders for other people who came after me who ordered inside. I kept waiting and they definitely saw me but continued to pass out food for other orders. My order was simple. A 15 piece combo meal. But I ended up waiting 25-30 mins. I wouldn’t have mind the wait as I am a patient person but the fact that MANY other orders were passed out while they clearly saw me waiting for awhile makes this experience terrible. Don’t come here if you value your time. They clearly don’t here.

  DO NOT ORDER HERE …. Both times I order from here on DoorDash and my food had ants in it . I tired Calling up to the store no one answers the phone . I will be on the phone with corporate Monday morning .. clearing this location is not CLEAN

  seasoned fries paired really well with the wings. Definitely my go to side whenever I order here.
