I’ve been to this location multiple times and most every time I get great service from the employees they are Happy make you feel welcomed and today in particular Mateo the employee was so friendly and really made my day after a 13 hour shift at work starving loll I will be back to see my Wingstop friends again but Mateo needs to be recognized he’s a great employee

Food was overpriced and overcooked. I returned it the next day! I didn't receive a receipt.
I ordered 10 piece chicken wings. They were awful!! Dry no meat and not fresh at all. They charged me $20 for the worst wings I've ever had. Super dry like they were days old. That’s a big statement for me. The carrots and celery that come with them, just as bad. The carrots looked really old and so did the celery. The celery was close to being rubbery. BBW

I have waited for wingstop to call me back about our experience it’s been over a week now. So they leave me no other option then to call the health department and leave a review. My husband and I were eating lunch and I felt something crawl across my foot I looked down and it was a cockroach!!!! And when looking further there was another one !!! Disgusting 🤢 and I have a picture of it , so since they don’t want to call back I am perusing other avenues .
I love when Wingstop has deals! 30 wings for $30, I've already been 3 times since this promo started. Last time I ordered online, went to pick up my food, got home and was shorted 6 wings. Called the store, they said I could come pick them up or get them next time, but it would be better to get them that night. They gave me 8 wings to make up for it. Ordered online today, asked if all the wings were in there and they said yes. I didn't feel like checking when at the place, so I trusted them. Thanks to Marco all my wings were there and deliciously flavored and cooked to perfection! Shout out the the night shift crew. Keep up the great work!
