  Es increible como una cadena tan importante tenga a una señora manager tan mal educada y prepotente al frente de un equipo de trabajo. Vulgar al dirigirse a sus subalternos y a los clientes. La empresa debe recordarle su obligacion de mostrar una imagen agradable de la tienda.

  I would like to make a complaint about the way I was treated by one of your employees. The way this woman spoke to me and treated me was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I came into the store expecting to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but instead I felt like I was being treated very poorly and as if I had done something wrong. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but that does not justify treating customers disrespectfully. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect. I would appreciate it if management could look into this situation and address the way customers are being treated. I hope this can be handled seriously so that other customers do not have the same experience
