  I have visited this Wingstop location many times, and today, at around 2:20 PM, I experienced something that I had never experienced here before. One of the female employees, who had braces, was behaving in an inappropriate and disrespectful way toward me and other customers. She even asked me, “Why did you park your car in front of this store?” I was very surprised by the way she spoke to me. I hope the manager of this location will look into this situation. Before employees are given responsibilities that involve dealing directly with customers, they should be reminded and trained to treat customers politely, respectfully, and professionally. If this type of behavior continues, it could cause customers to stop coming to this location. I sincerely hope management will review this matter and take the appropriate action

  Terrible service. Call to place an order and the girl that pick up hang up on me after putting me on hold. Than I called and got her to finally take my order. When I showed up she hadn’t taken my phone order. I than placed my order to get informed they don’t take a bill larger than $20. She could had mention that on the phone or have a sign that says that. I personally been here 3 times and each time is a problem. Manager never available or don’t care every time I request to speak to one. All the 3 orders I ended up driving to a different location and gotten a way better service. I don’t recommend this place as a place to come eat with the family. Even the atmosphere is terrible. Hope this can change something it would be sad to see a Wingstop close for lack of customer service.

  garlic parmesan wings were my favorite. Savory, crispy, and very filling.
