  Ill keep it short to the point. The manager at this location need to be fired. I dont blame the employee because if the leader is lame so is the team. I walked in to pick up the order and it was ready. I waited good 5 minutes nobody walks up to the counter to help and employees were goofing around at the back i called them politely three times and they ignored me then 4th time i had to be bit loud and boom the manger walks out of the room and started saying you are rude and denied me service. Imma call up headquarters tom and file a complaint against her. This is the third time she behaved like this.

  Ordered my food online at 3:30 for 4:15 pickup on my lunch break. Food was ready until 4:40 basically waisted my entire lunch break waiting. Fries were cold, sandwich was somehow soggy. Never coming back
