  Ordered my food online at 3:30 for 4:15 pickup on my lunch break. Food was ready until 4:40 basically waisted my entire lunch break waiting. Fries were cold, sandwich was somehow soggy. Never coming back

  The best wings are in the south idk what they do but they do it for it for me 😊 extra crispy fried hard and just enough sauce yall get into it

  They forgot the sauces. This is second time I came in there and they forgot something. They charge me for two extra sauces and only put one in the last time they didn’t even get my full order right

  First time inside, but the youth that worked there was so very kind and very helpful! I'm appreciative of their service and food was clean , fresh and tasty! Thanks Wings Stop on Florin Rd n Sacramento!

  I am a DoorDash driver and have repeatedly experienced excessive delays at this Wingstop location. Drivers are often required to wait for long periods, even when orders appear to be ready or nearly completed. These delays negatively impact customer satisfaction, delivery times, and driver earnings. This issue appears to be ongoing and affects multiple drivers, not just me. The lack of urgency in handing out completed orders creates unnecessary wait times and reflects poorly on the store’s overall operation. I respectfully request that management investigate this location, review employee performance and order-handling procedures, and take any necessary corrective action. Improving efficiency and accountability would greatly benefit customers, delivery drivers, and the Wingstop brand. Thank you
