  Very poor customer service. The woman taking orders was unprofessional, rude, and had a bad attitude. It wasn’t just toward me—I noticed she was treating other customers the same way. Honestly, it made me wonder if someone forced her to work at Wingstop because she clearly didn’t seem interested in providing decent customer service.

  April 27, 2026: came in and staff were too busy playing around and talking. Not kind enough customer service. We ordered two combos and they totally forgot our fries on the other order. Male worker was making inappropriate remarks towards female co worker about buying big condoms loudly around customers waiting for their food. The soda fountain area is filthy and disorganized. Wings are good but we are ultimately disappointed in our fries missing and had no further nerve to come back and ask for fries due to these reviews. Please improve your state and have pride in your business.
