  Food was cold and I had to wait 20 minutes after my pick up time to pick it up. Staff appear to be severely understaffed and unable to handle their workload due to lack of personnel

  I wish I could rate this place but higher however this is the second time my pick up order has been incorrect. Positive: Tonight’s staff was friendly and welcomed me when I came to pick up my order. Order was made fast and was ready when the tracker online showed it was. Negative: Today’s order was missing the fries and one of the wings had the incorrect sauce (ordered lemon pepper and got Jamaican jerk bbq)
