  Salma, the UPS representative who assisted me, was amazing! She was able to assist me as well as other people in the store very efficiently. She also demonstrated knowledge of UPS procedures and exuded friendliness even when I came in right before closing time. She showed both kindness and work ethic of an exceptional employee!

  Me gusta mucho como atienden a las personas, a pesar de la situación que pasamos a veces ,pero muchas gracias sigan así todos son muy buenos para el trabajo les agradezco por el esfuerzo que hacen para poder ayudarnos muchas gracias

  Very difficult to find parking here, particularly if you have heavy returns and want to be within a reasonable distance to the door. I assume that this is due to light rail riders of 59th st station using the parking lot, which is SUPER ANNOYING. I wish there was a way that the shopping center could devise to monitor this! (Same issue at the 65th st parking lot where Urijah Faber's and Grocery Outlet are and there's a light rail station adjacent)
