  They totally blew it and wouldn’t own it. Needed to get a key sent to Santa Rosa, had my daughter take it to the Florin UPS store and tell them it had to be there by Thursday no matter what (it was Monday). They set her up with Priority Mail by USPS (!) and told her not to worry. Of course that would not be guaranteed and they did not tell her that. And then the key got lost, caused major problems with contractors showing up at the house, and all this while our family was in the middle of a stressful move. We explained this and asked them to make it right by overnighting a second key up there, and they refused. Such a simple job, telling someone how to get something shipped that is urgent, and they messed it up. And then wouldn’t make it right. Better to go with FedEx.

  I paid $350 in January 2026 to ship a package (earrings) to India. It is May 2026 and my package still has not been delivered. Despite me having provided the store with a copy of my recipient’s passport and their local contact info, to date they don’t respond and no further assistance has been provided other than telling me a month ago they needed the local contact info which I promptly provided. I’ve written them weekly asking for follow up, and nothing. Don’t use UPS or this store because you could be charged for a package delivery that doesn’t happen and no assistance on what to do to move the needle. Even when I asked them to simply return my package, still nothing. Not even when I advised them I would pursue legal action to try and obtain financial relief, still nothing. That’s what you can expect from UPS and this store.

  The store seems to never have internet so they are unable to provide critical services. They also never answer the phone to see if their internet is back online. Employees are also aggravated for no reason.
